The City of McKinney’s burgeoning population required a plan to address increased staff and service demands in a consolidated facility. BSW worked with the City’s staff to develop a plan to consolidate employees and departments in the historic downtown. The proposed location near Old Setter’s Park and TUPPS Brewery allows for an easily accessible Municipal Center with an outdoor public plaza and green space for community events.
